Your Reiki training begins with First Degree, a two-day class usually held over a weekend. Participants will learn to give and receive Reiki treatments, to understand some of the science underlying energy healing and Reiki in particular, and how to use Reiki in medical settings or with themselves and others. 

As a First Degree Reiki Practitioner, you can offer “hands-on” Reiki to yourself and others quickly and easily whenever and wherever needed, and you need nothing more than your hands to do it. Learn more

The format is lecture, discussion, and a lot of hands-on practice. Please wear comfortable clothes; we are on and off the tables each day. At the end of the weekend of training, you will have Reiki for the rest of your life.
